Spotty Elephant Solo costs £15 + VAT per month for one user. Team pricing is based on the number of users you need, starting from £40 + VAT per month for two users.
How does team pricing work?
Our team plans are designed to scale with your business:
- 2 users – £40 + VAT per month
- 3 users – £60 + VAT per month
- 4 users – £80 + VAT per month
- 5–25 users – £100 + VAT per month
You can upgrade your subscription at anytime, expanding as your team grows.
For larger teams or more complex requirements, contact us to discuss an Enterprise package.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. If your team grows, you can move to the appropriate team plan rather than having to start again with a new CRM.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Spotty Elephant CRM free for 14 days before committing to a paid subscription. The existing site currently promotes a 14-day trial across the Solo and Growth plans.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees for the standard Spotty Elephant CRM plans.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. Spotty Elephant CRM is available on a monthly subscription, so you aren't tied into a long-term annual contract.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What if I have more than 25 users?
For teams of more than 25 users, or businesses with more complex requirements, we can put together an Enterprise package based on your needs.
